Data controller Assammer United is the data controller for information collected through its forms (website, event activations, stands).

Data collected Depending on the form: name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, and any preferences or choices expressed (e.g. votes, contest entries).

Purpose Data is collected to: respond to inquiries, manage participation in contests, giveaways, or votes organized by Assammer United, share news about our events and projects, and build audience segments for our advertising campaigns (Meta, Google).

Legal basis Processing is based on the explicit consent given by the individual at the time of form submission.

Retention period Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless deletion is requested earlier.

Data sharing Data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email tools, advertising platforms) solely to carry out the purposes described above.
